All personnel who complete an online University Expert at San Jorge University (USJ) will receive, upon completion, a diploma in credits and hours for university personnel and only in hours for non-university personnel. This document is only issued by the certifying university of the training or training actions, that is, by the USJ we must add to this that this procedure would not have any additional cost. The San Jorge University will issue, by virtue of the provisions of article 34.1 of the LOU, its own title, a title without official validity, which certifies completion of the program.
Under no circumstances will the USJ issue the university degree corresponding to the training program if the student has not successfully completed the corresponding evaluation and the minimum time has not elapsed since enrollment. Once the minimum time required by said university has elapsed and the edition is finished, the diploma will be requested from the San Jorge University, which usually takes between one and three months to send the diplomas of the University Experts.
Equally, once the training has been completed, the students may request a provisional certificate issued by ESHE while waiting to receive the diploma from the USJ.

Through the so-called Hague Apostille, a country that is a signatory to the Hague Convention recognizes the legal validity of a public document issued in another country that is a signatory of said Convention.
The single legalization procedure -called an apostille- consists of placing an apostille or annotation on the public document itself that will certify the authenticity of public documents issued in another country. The signatory countries of the XII Convention of the Hague Conference on Private International Law of October 5, 1961 therefore recognize the authenticity of documents that have been issued in other countries and carry the apostille.
The Hague Apostille abolishes the requirement of diplomatic and consular legalization of public documents that originate in a Convention country and are intended to be used in another. Documents issued in a Convention country that have been certified by an apostille must be recognized in any other Convention country without the need for any other type of authentication.
